1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web presence or registration forms of Career Consultancy International (CCI), or by enrolling in our study abroad counseling, profile evaluations, and document processing assistance, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

If you disagree with any segment of these terms, you must refrain from registering on our site or commissioning our consultancy desk. These terms apply to all students, guardians, site visitors, and clients who access our consultancy channels.

2. Description of Services

CCI functions as an independent, certified educational counseling service. We provide admissions assistance, university matching, compliance counseling, credential translation coordination, and visa processing support for higher learning centers globally.

While we coordinate directly with partner universities to streamline admissions and submit eligibility profiles, we do not operate as an awarding body or represent a direct authority of foreign consulates.

3. User Conduct & Eligibility

To leverage our resources, you must represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who oversees the counseling process. You agree to provide true, current, and complete details during profile creation.

Any use of our online portals for unauthorized, malicious, or fraudulent registration patterns will immediately terminate your consultancy contract and cancel active admissions requests.

4. Document Authenticity & Student Responsibility

The credibility of our consultancy and visa processing relies heavily on compliance. Students are strictly responsible for the validity, legal status, and authenticity of all submitted credentials, bank statements, IELTS results, and identity documents.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on our website (including logos, graphics, structural UI templates, textual content, layouts, and code structures) is the intellectual property of Career Consultancy International and is protected by copyright laws of Bangladesh and international treaties. Unauthorized duplication, adaptation, or publishing is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability & Visa Outcomes Disclaimer

While CCI operates with a high success track record (historically 95%+ visa success), we maintain a strict boundary regarding admissions and immigration approvals:

• University Admissions: Admission evaluations are conducted autonomously by university admission boards. CCI cannot guarantee admission offers.
• Visa Issuance: Visa assessments, decisions, and grants are the sole prerogative of the respective foreign embassy, high commission, or consulate. CCI holds no influence over immigration decisions.
• Operational Liabilities: CCI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses (including lost airfare, accommodation down-payments, or application processing fees) stemming from visa rejections.

7. Third-Party Web Links

Our portals contain navigational links directed towards external university platforms, banking portals, or government visa portals. CCI does not audit, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy protocols, or transactions executed on these third-party platforms.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate counseling access and discontinue student file processing at our discretion without prior notice if we identify breach of terms, fraudulent behaviors, or abusive communication aimed at our counseling officers or university coordinators.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
